Return & Refund Policy

At Nexlore, we want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to make it right.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [nexlore.store@gmail.com].

  • Please include your order number and a clear photo or unboxing video showing the damage.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders).

2. Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind ("I don't like it anymore") or normal wear and tear after usage.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
