1. Shipping Locations

  • We ship to addresses all across India.

  • Please ensure your delivery address, landmark, and phone number are completely accurate during checkout to avoid delivery delays.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our delivery partners will require a valid phone number to coordinate delivery.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your location.

  • Remote areas or northeast states may occasionally experience minor delivery extensions due to logistics courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small convenience fee of ₹[Insert Fee, 40 to 50 rs] may apply at checkout to cover courier handling costs.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been handed over to our shipping courier, we will automatically send you an email or SMS containing your active tracking link.

  • You can track your parcel's live movement directly through the link provided.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is not accepted after 3 attempts (or if the customer is unreachable), the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Repeatedly rejecting Cash on Delivery parcels without a valid reason may result in future COD restrictions on your account.
